Lighting was a 300watt studio flash through a softbox camera left, with a 4'x8' silver reflector for fill

For the first image I'm going to steal a quote from Zack Arias - " Light the eyes!"

Granted it is a soft photo, I'm not talking bright. Just a subtle amount brighter and I'd say perfect photo

2. Maybe a tiny bit over exposed, the face is a little washed out for me.
