I am afraid the tree as such only disturbs the composition; either it should have been fully shown or should be completely excluded..... towards the other shore, the snowy appearance and the tree patterns themselves can make a good theme for a peaceful landscape, even without a POI

It's cool actually. May be the tree is covering most of the "great" landscape behind, but I like it..
