I like the look of the powerful lights from the side/hair light with the hair light set more to the side of the face. I edited in BW and like the look.

This third one is rim light just coming in the windows on a bright sunny day..

Well done. I think I would have taken the 1st one all the way to b&w. The slight amount of color from his shirt is distracting.

It's obnoxious on purpose. Helps keep anyone from using and trying to explain "Intent" to people they would prefer not to..
