wow, thanks guys, thanks for all the comments, the place is on the north eastern coast of england, a place called Northumberland and the tiny island, cut of from the mainland twice a day (due to tidal activity) is known as Holy Island and is a place steeped in history, and holds the Lindisfarne Manuscripts.
