Another attempt at glamour

Now armed with 2 LED lights and trying to apply the feedback from my previous post about my backgrounds - here's our latest attempts. Fuji 23mm f1.4 iso 400

Overall, very nice. A couple of minor nits: In #1, your edge light is a stop or so too hot IMO; the shadow (RH edge; glass door?) needs to go away, and I would have preferred her to have a little more real-estate on the LH side. The line/shadow/door? is present in #2 as well, and in #3, maybe a bit more separation from the wall? The one big issue is the temperature of the light; if these are temperature-adjustable LEDs, then try moving slightly toward the yellow, and if not, a cut of light CTY/CTO; right now, the light is "too white" and affecting her skin tone.

Pretty much covers it above on the negatives. I will say these are much improved on attention to details like backgrounds, clothing, hair, bed, etc.

Yes, both LED's are colour temp adjustable - so will tweak them next time.

I'll have a go at editing to clean up the backgrounds.

Latest versions after some editing to remove the wall post in the backgrounds, plus an 'out take' while she was putting on some very high heels!

Much better, but don't forget the baseboard on the first. Overall I think these are very much improved over earlier attempts. I also very much like the last one in heels though like the others it could use a tad more margins on the edges.

Thank you again - yes, I now see I've not removed the reflection in the shiny floor or the skirting board kink. I also need to frame better.

Your lighting on the hair is much improved from your earlier shots. The shot of her putting on the heels does not slot into the other photos in the set , it being black and white and the others being in color.

Adjusting the vantage point could help with what background you get. Have a mirror and comb/brush, whatever she uses, handy in between poses. Look at professional fashion magazine photos of how the hair is arranged/styled. See what you're looking at before releasing the shutter and make adjustments as needed.

Yes, good suggestions, we have a white mirrored dresser, and she dies feel more relaxed if she can be doing something like brushing her hair.

I was reviewing all the shots again, and was undecided about this one, but thought it was at least unusual?

I like the single and the first of the above three. She has such long beautiful hair that to me is displayed better in these. In the second one above the hair disarray just doesn't highlight the feature for me. In the last above her looking away at a blank wall doesn't do much for me. Maybe if the background was different? In all the attention to details is better, although I'd probably edit to remove the dark baseboard.
