I like the second one better... smudge out the type next to her face and tone down the red to the right of her

The first one seems a little flat to me.

The second is much better but I'd lose some of the head space.
I like the holiday background but the red thing on her left shoulder and the chopped sign on the tree is a little distracting. Maybe it could be cleaned up with a little cloning

about the chopped sign yeah we at the mall that time and the christmas tree is for sell ...red thing on left shoulder ...you mean the rectangle shape ?

maybe i over do it...look at the 1st photo ...white hair everywhere ...she begging me to edit it or else DELETE it hmmm hard choice
