They're showing a bunch of their pictures at the Art Gallery of Ontario.

So, how was it? I'm certain you weren't disappointed. Good exhibit?

Very interesting overall. Eisenstaedt was pretty boring. It was cool to see pictures from back then though.

Adams...I was REALLY impressed with about 10 pictures. The rest were again..."meh". But that's just because we're so spoiled for quality these days. Some really cool stuff...reading the stories was more interesting. And knowing that he shot all film without built in light readings and sh!t. Amazing photography for the times that he was taking them, but nothing anyone here couldn't take now.

Ground breaking stuff though. Some of the landscapes of Mountains in Yosemite just breath taking.

All in all the best part was the fact that it was sort of a double date, and I really hit of with my half of the double date.

We should be going out on a more one on one basis later this week.

^^^ Yikes, good luck! I went last weekend and the lines were quite long. Still, it's worth it IMO. Look forward to your comments afterwards.

Well, I quite thoroughly enjoyed it. It was busy, but not incredibly so. Very much worth the effort.

Anyway, for now it's off to the Distillery District (missed the sun by about 20 minutes...), and then the New Pornographers tonight. Wooo busy day!
