Anyone has a clue on this «fly»?

Hi,

this «fly» stayed without moving for three hours. Thus I had plenty of time for macro. I used the software Combine ZM (I am not sure it is the best software) to stack 5 images on the first pic.

If someone has an idea for the identification, it would be great!

Nikon D5000, Nikkor 40mm micro lens.

Great shots! I have no idea about species, but my thinking is that it may be a bee vice a fly..
