I am new to underwater photography and have very limited gear but I am trying. Please let me know how I could improve these images.

I really like them! They look awesome. I can't really provide cc because I have never done anything like this or have any experience, but good job! :)

Snakeguy, these are really good, especially since you are just starting with it. I particularly like #3 with it's clockwise flow (haha pun not quite intended) around the image. I have no specific advice since I've never shot underwater myself, but I've known a few people who did and I believe their advice would be to "shoot wide and don't be afraid to crop later" to get the composition you want.

I like #3 ... looks like a fish tank.

I think #1 and #3 should either be closer or further back / wider ... though there are more complications with UW photography.

What equip are you using ?

Thanks guys

What makes you want a wider angle? is it anything specific? I was trying to stay close to the subjects because the further away I am (even in 50' viability) the worse the image is. The subject becomes more noisy and blue with substantial amounts of water in between them. If I had a wider lens I could play with it but I was actually thinking of a tighter crop on the first one.

I am using a cannon s90 with an underwater housing. I can't yet justify a housing and uw lighting for my SLR I did ask santa for the winning lottery numbers though...

Personal thing ... I like to see more "scenic" UW shots.

Yeah, limitations with UW.
What housing ?

It's the DC35 Marine Case by Canon. I just googled it to find the name for you and have realized the price has tripled since when I got mine. I guess people realized how great they were.

Can't really cc because this underwater photography isn't really my thing but they seem like very nice shots.
