Are there any low F-stop lens

There are plenty under $1000... look at used ones by third parties. I got the tamron 17-50 f/2.8 for $350.

How do you like this lens?

Both adorama and B&H photo have used departments with ratings that you can search online. Also try craigslist and ebay. Obviously I would trust adorama and B&H more given they are camera dealers, but atleast on craigslist you can try ( and see ) before you buy.

You can easily get what you are looking for under $1000 if you are looking at third party. Tamron, Sigma, and Tokina all make great lenses if you are not looking to break the bank.

I didn't even notice it was gray market,
and to be honest I'm not sure what it means.
