I went out to Arizona for vacation and got what I think are a few good shots. Let me know what you think:

*with the exception of cropping, these are all unedited so far. Let me know if anything can be touched up in any of them.

Nice! Would a CPL have helped you with the colors and sky in shot 1?

Hi, very nice shots.

Perhaps I would touch a pair of things ;):
1- The spider has'nt any white; so I would try to touch the levels ("Ctrl+L" in Photoshop)meanwhile you would press alt key. If só you would realise the moment in wich whites are in the photo, and when you´ll began warming them.
2- Landscape is very nice, but I think it would be interesting to invert the luminosity, since now I see the bottom lightenner than the top. I don't know your knowledge in Photoshop, so I explain it and I ask you for forgiving me if I'm explaning something you know. You need to go to Layer option and choose Layer Mask; when so, choose Curves. Then try to up and down the values to see the part of the top of the photography with the ideal light. Now you are seeing the bottom burnt, but it's easy. Choose the degradeted utility and trace a line from bottom to top. That's all. Probably you would need to make several attemps to find the best option.

I hope it would be helpful; looking you forward.

In this link you would find some of my last reports; I would agree any opinion, these are very important to increase one's knowledge.

Okay, Thank you both. I will fix the white balance/ levels in #3 and here is my edit of #1 that I did before I read your comment bromic, I will give that a shot as soon as I get some time and will post the results though.

meh, I have played with HDR before but they all turned out borderline cartoonish. I have seen some good realistic ones but I generally avoid that process now.
