I need full critics to improve my skill..plzz give me some feed back

Nice model and pretty good pose. Looks like some post work is needed. I see too much space but I like tighter crops. Face skin looks barbie/plastic like. Her right arm and left hand is kind of blown out, as is the jacket, I would burn those. The eyes are kind of dark. White balance seems off overall. I find the back ground a little distracting.
 
The above is pretty accurate. I would add that there are five or six small background distractions that could be removed with the Clone Tool, beginning with the orange blob in the far upper right corner, and ending with the yellow leaf immediately to the left of your logo. The real issue thoughj is the dark eyes she has...the direction of the lighting was not really good for her face; the eyes needed some sparkle to make them really stand out.
 
As above plus the first thing I noticed is her right arm. The way you have her posed with her right arm stretched towards the camera it looks tiny, it creates the illusion that it's half the length of her left arm.

Other than those things you're headed in the right direction and you've picked a great place to learn. :)
