What EQ mount. They are not universal. We need to know the make and model of the Mount you are talking about. This is not a one size fits all situation.

To attach your camera directly to a EQ mount you need this Teleskop-Express: TS Dovetail Mounting Bar Vixen Style - buttonhole and 1/4' Screw there is bigger ones you can use to to get better balance but this should normally be fine.

If you want to use a alt az mount you need a L bracket Teleskop-Express: Orion 90° Winkelhalterung für Spektive - GP Level

These items are purchased from most telescope shops and online stores. If your from America the price will be at least half this amount.

These items are most likely the ones you need as there the most common connectors but to be sure just make sure your mount uses the vixen dovetail style.

Just go to a camera store and get a manfrotto quick connect plate like I showed you. The link is the URL in the post. The manfrotto plate is the same width and with the same side angles as the vixen size telescope dovetail and are not very expensive at all. Then later if you ever decide to get a decent photo tripod you'll already have the quick connect. Once the quick connect plate, or a dovetail as has been suggested also, is attached to the camera you then slip it in the saddle of the mount and tighten it up. The camera and its lens is now your telescope. The mount still needs to be polar aligned and at a minimum have a drive motor for the right ascension axis.

When i want to piggyback my camera to my scope i just tape my camera to the scope using electrical tape. Put a towel between cam and scope to prevent scratching to the scope...

If you want long exposures a eq mount is the way to go, alt az mount has the problem of field rotation so shorter exposures. The pay load of that mount you linked is only about 3kgs for imaging. I also see its not the pro version of that mount, the mount you linked does not have a polar finder scope meaning if you want long exposures it will be hard to achieve. That said a wide angle lens will give somewhat ok images of around 30 - 45 seconds.
If you did get the pro version instead I have read people getting around 2 minute exposure once aligned fully, but there has been some debates over the ability of this scope. I actually almost bought the pro version recently as a portable unit as it is very nice in that department. But i opted in a alt az as it is much easier for me to move around but I do use a heq 5 so i didnt really need a second eq mount.
If your are really wanting to into imaging with longer focal lengths and exposure time you will need this polar scope that you can buy for this mount but i think it works out just as much to buy the pro version which is on a slightly more stable mount.

A general rule for getting a mount for astro photography is reduce the pay load by 25% and it will be stable good enough. If your looking for something for imaging and have a somewhat basic knowledge of the sky maybe look into the skywatcher eq3 astrofoto mount which has a basic tracking unit and all the connections for putting a dslr to the mount included. Also the skywatcher eq3 pro which has the goto technology bit more expensive but great for photography and astronomy. or the celestron cg4 mount i know little about this one but its just the celestron version of the others but has slightly better tripod.

I can find links a bit later for the items if you cant find but bit busy at moment.

Just dont jump in and buy the one you linked there is other and much better ones for entry level astro photography for just a little more but if you do go for it you can find many people who have made small modifications to make it better but most people are using it with telescope to so just a camera you can get away with little more. Also remember you will need power tank and connections on the price.

Sorry seems some of what i suggested I could only find on the European market, but they are possible to make on the U.S market. But I have friend using some other mounts for astro photography which was also on a low budget and getting some good results. Maybe if you can give some information I can open your mind up to some other suggestions.

Do you plan on traveling with it or will it be in a permanent location?
What do you plan on photographing?
What kind of exposure lengths do you plan to get?

and IF i dont Have auto Guider , May I have problem ?

You can easily make 1 minute exposures without a auto guider, Having one helps but there not needed in the beginning really. When I started out people told me you need to spend 1000s of euros to have any joy at this hobby but I couldnt afford such luxuries like eq6 mounts, auto guiders and fancy filters. So i actually started out with imaging sunspots on the sun using the correct solar filter, imaging the moon and planets. Taking video of the sun, moon and planets I was then able to not have to use a computerized mount. I was using my telescope with DSLR attached using a T2 adapter.
Some programs you will want to use once you get started is.

Registax 5 and or 6
Stellarium
If you dont have a 16 bit processing software Artweaver free 4 is very basic but enough to get started

I dont know what shops your can order from being from Iraq weather from european market or american market but if you can order from european market

This is a very nice mount if you respect its pay load, if you ever put a telescope on it a small refractor of maybe 80mm would be fine if using for imaging. The other version you linked I would say you can work with it but It may cause a lot of unwanted stress and difficulty.

Teleskop-Express: Skywatcher EQ3 PRO Synscan GoTo Montierung mit Stativ this here is a great piece like the first one i linked but with goto controller so if you want to pop a telescope on like the ioptron smart eq will locate the stars easily once setup.

If you are new to astronomy setting up a EQ mount may take some time and be a little tricky at first but there is a lot of guides out there, you will most likely need to learn how drift align to get the most out of imaging.

What would really be helpful is what you are expecting to use the mount for?

There is really nice mounts out there for using with a dslr only or there mounts that can be used with a telescope or dslr, then theres mounts where can use both at the same time. As i have found there is no one all round mount without a major compromise.

Couple shots here i took using my 350D and a 75-300mm lens piggybacked on my scope. The telescope/mount was used to counteract earth's rotation. These are several shots of 3 mins or so then stacked using deepskystacker...
