I like the composition, though the hands half in her pockets thing seems a touch awkward. More importantly, it looks washed out or overexposed. Could just be my monitor, but it looks like the majority of her blouse is a blown highlight.

Her left hand/wrist/arm looks awkward. Your latest three photos on Flickr are pretty good. Your published football shot against TVHS is excellent! Really a good point of view, good action, good frame! I think she needs a little bit more space at the top of the frame...I also think a border around this might make it look stronger. You have a nice catalogue fashion type look going on here with this shot. I continue to be impressed with the kinds of photos you're creating.

Yup, that it is. On my work monitor her shirt is literally nothing but a featureless white blob. On my primary home monitor the detail is clearly visible, and the general overexposed look to the image is gone. I'd never noticed that much of a difference before, definitely time to tweak the work monitor tomorrow!
