CC anyone? Also, does anyone know how to remove his acne? I've tried and tried with the clone tool but just can't seem to get it.

Since we can't see it, I'm guessing that there is a lot of acne. I would duplicate it onto a new layer and blur the whole layer. Then blend it into the original image with the blurred skin on top of the areas you want the acne to be gone. Also try playing with the opacity.
