b&w for critiquing

I was having a very hard time with the colour on these, so i greyscaled them (for the time being). Any comments, critiques or suggestions welcome:

Knowing how much I like B&W I suppose "stick them in your ear" is not what you're looking for?

I like the third one best. Nice prespective and shadows.

The first two are a little too busy for me. Maybe if you focused in/cropped in on part of the scene.

I'm seeing different tones on your pictures - did you intend this?

the stairs pic is my favorite, but there's something that overweights(? :roll: ) a composition at the right side too much for me..i dont know yet ..maybe more ligt at the bottom steps, maybe more contrast at the left side...? anyway, i like this one a lot! and its mood.

#1 and#2...i like them too.

and i won't KEEP OFF!!!!!

...the only thing i m thinking about is - that maybe more light (or contrast?) at these two boards(?)(at the left) would make the pics more readable? ha?
i dont know, i have to think it over...i dont know PS posibilities yet

anyway, i like a kind of "story" at the pic...
