Bad Photo Quality? Fuji S9500

I got my uncle's 5+ year old Fuji S9500 to just know how a camera works with manual settings. I tried to do some stuff but unfortunately, the photos have never been clear. My question is, is that the level of quality or will they improve if i get the camera serviced/repaired? Here are some sample shots, i dont have the exact numbers for the pics, i'l post what i can remember, sorry for that folks!!

There definitely appears to be some hazing in the lens, but to be honest, I suspect it would cost far more to have that repaired (assuming you could find someone to do it) than it would cost to buy a brand-new camera.

OMG... looks like i gotta get a good cam after all!

Would it help to confirm if i took some more photos with some suggested settings and post results?

I don't think so; they're sharp, so you know the camera is focusing, and the exposure is good, but there's something in the light path that's causing a haze to appear. Have you cleaned the front lens element carefully with a soft, lint-free cloth and some distilled water?

Yea i did that. in fact, on closer inspection, i see something on the inside of the lens, something on the second lens or whatever it is called. It looks like water droplets, something milky white. More like dew on a leaf.
