In my opinion, the second photo is the best, because it shows somehow the distance between the two balloons.

Hi.. I like no.2 more for positioning as mentioned..

However, i would photoshop it a lil like increase the contrast, make some cropping, remove the house in the corner, some sharpening.. as such
