Before the Tempest

A few days ago I shot over to the Oregon coast. There was some unstable weather, and I thought I'd take my chances trying to capture a sunset.

When I got to the scene, I decided to capture it with this long exposure (182s). I used a 10 stop filter. A while ago, I did a lot more long exposure work. It's fun, but it has it's own set of challenges.
