You already have my recommendation on the Canonet in your other thread..
What are you interested in? Shooting film or Shooting with a mechanical camera of years past?
Any camera can be used by a beginner. If you just want to shoot film, just get one of the later film SLRs manufactured before manufacturers diverted to DSLRs. You get all the features of present day cameras with film; metering, auto-focus and such.
