Can others edit my Photos
Photos NOT OK to edit
Hi Everyone,

I'm not sure if this should be in the Equipment section or not so please bear with me.

Normally I provide couples and portrait photography and I've been offering editing services for almost 2 years now. I've been asked to shoot a small event and am going to invest in a wide angled lens in advance. I need lenses that will operate well in low light and not warp the images like a fisheye, and something that works well with a high shutter would be helpful also. Should I be looking for something specific? I use a Nikon D3100 at the moment and will be staying with Nikon even if I upgrade between now and then.

Any advice is greatly appreciated

Thanks!

You could always rent a few and try them out beforehand if you have enough time. See what you are happy with.

It depends on your budget. If you can afford it, of course the 14-24 f2.8 is the best quality, lowest-disortion fast, UWA zoom for Nikon, unfortunately, on a crop-sensor, it's not quite as wide as some would like. If budget is a concern, or you need a little more wide reach, consider the Tokina 11-16 f2.8; arguably the best of the 3rd party UWA zooms.
