Can anyone please tell me where I can find the best video tutorials to learn the photography with Nikon d5100?? Would like to subscribe it on YouTube...

Probably both.

OP, have you read the manual front to back yet? That's what I suggest you do first and foremost.

One video won't cover it all, unless it's a 4 hour video.

+1 on reading the D5100 user's manual. When you reasd something you don't understand, use that as a google search term. The user's manual decribes all the D5100's features, and functions. The user's manual will not tell you how to do photography.

I went to Barnes & Noble and bought a book on the D5100 that explained how to use all the features in detail.. I found that more useful than the owner's manual. You can find a few different books in the digital photography section.
