Well the reason I posted the P+S cameras that I did was because they are both 12.1 megapixel plus have decent lenses.

Well... I just pulled the trigger on the olympus. I figured it would be nice and small and allow me to not worry about it getting wet, etc. When I get back I will look into a DSLR! Thanks for the help everyone!!!
