Bird Shots w/ Nikon 55-200mm - C&C please :)

So these are the shots I have managed w/ my 55-200mm. It has VR and all these shots were taken handheld. Thanks for the Critiques!

#1 and #2 have a lot of empty space that I would consider cropping. With #2, I would have loved to have had the reflection not cut off.

#3, the rocks in the back are a bit distracting. LOVE the bird though.

#4- Again, the reflection of the white heron would have been great but I think the reflection of the buildings is a bit distracting.
