Birding Photography - Binoculars

I would like to know if anyone has suggestions for a set of binoculars that we may use when we are out taking pics of birds. Any suggestions are welcome. I hope this is the right forum to ask Thanks so much to any and all responses.

Nikon makes some good ones.

You might want to get a pair that mimics focal length of the lens you're shooting to have a better idea of framing.

Thanks Mike, that's a great idea! - I generally use a 100-400mm Canon lens as I like to get up all close and personal to my subject I definitely think one with IS is a must as well.
