It was JonMikal who first suggested Neat Image to me and its demo version is downloadable for free under the address as easy as www.neatimage.com and then it quickly estimates the noise factor for you and automatically reduces it. You can do a lot more manually - many can, I am sure. But just not me. Oh well... But it comes in handy at times. Even the automatic, easy, simple version for me, the major computer dummy.
