Blurry Pictures..Help!?

I have a Canon EOS 10D and I keep getting blurry pictures. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but my pictures just aren't as crisp as I know they should be. I usually have it on AF and I make sure the red square is on the subjects face. Can somebody help?

WE need a little more information. What are you shooting. The most important thing is how much light is available. To be a smart @$$, you don't have a fast enough shutter speed Sorry, couldn't resist. But really, give a little more information and we can help you

ifly is very likely correct; it would help greatly if you were to post one or two of these images, ensuring that all the EXIF data was intact.
