Book Recommendations Please

Hello!

My friend is just starting a professional photography business.

I am looking for a general "how to start your own photography business" book to give him for his birthday.

I've looked on Amazon and there seems to be many options. I would like a book that covers all the business basics, and also covers the different types of photography people can do professionally - stock, studio, magazines, greeting cards, etc. A good general intro, in other words!

This is not my field at all. Any recommendations? Thanks!!!!

I think if you have the money multiple books will cover this better. I have no specific recommendations but the issues you covered are pretty wide to be addressed in one title.
