borders...

I was wondering what are the best programs to find borders for your photographs...one specific border I wanted kinda looks like the edges were burnt...it gives the photograph an old almost "scrap book" like effect...

and to those who helped me with my SLR question..THANK YOU..and I have decided to go with the Nikon F-100 body...lens is a whole new ballgame...haha

My friend works at a photography studio and she uses a Photoshop plug-in like you described for the collage prints. I'll ask her what it's called, I don't remember.
