Technically, I don't really see any faults and I do find it somewhat interesting. However, it's hard to tell if it's good or not because I don't really know what you are trying to say here. Maybe you could explain it a little further...tell us what you are trying to do with this image.

I thought about the sence of any art...
and as you know Andy Worhol said that there is no any sense in art work and in photos also...
so I`m not who will search any sense in anything. You will only like it or not. and everyone`s impression about anything is extremely private.

also i think that the sense started when you got a message TYPED on a photo - so since you made it - its collage and not a photograph anymore...
