Out walking around today. Not sure what happened here, but it looks like the driver may have exited the vehicle the hard way. Hope he/she is going to be OK.

Doesn't look like it, although makes for an interesting photo.

Looks more like in entry wound than an exit hole. In either case it gotta hurt.

Yeah I thought that too and wondered about the burning.. Then I peeked in through the window and noticed an absence of glass inside and started to think it was an exit wound -- really can't tell, but ouch!
