Budget DSLR with Good HD video capabilities?

The AF is noisy ONLY with Sigma lenses. It is quiet with Sony lenses.

Sounds pretty loud to me.

Sounds louder to me than the Sigma lens and louder than any Sony lens that I have used.

Obvious question. What lens was used?
