Burned pictures on wooden surfaces. My experience

I love to take photos and then give friends gifts. When I was no longer interested in just giving printed photos I was looking for other opportunities to make gifts from photographs. After a long search I found in the Internet the portrait on the wood surface. At first I thought that the portrait is a handmade and burnt by the professional artists, but then I found a CNC woodburner.

I immediately loved this idea - to photograph people and give them their portraits on the wood. I was digging some money and bought myself a CNC! Here's what I got:

Yesterday I was talking with friends by professional photographers . Several people said they also want to order such portraits too.

With a bit of web searching/sleuthing (i.e., visiting their website), looks like it's around $1,000. There are other brands that cost more and cost less.

Looks like they (the OP looks to be from the company that makes them) ship worldwide, but my guess is they're based in Ukraine/Eastern Europe/North Central Asia.

Cost is $990+shipping $60-80 by avia to USA, Canada, Europe, Asia, etc. If you want to buy it send the e-mail at CNC wood burner PyroPrinter to developers.
Shipping from Ukraine to my friend from Canada was 7-8 days.
When I searched the Internet for such machines, I have found cheaper. But many of them make the image 10-12 hours or without shadows (only the vector countours).

Setup is very easy. It is need about 30 minutes to assemble the machine by the screwdriver and setup software. They send instructions.

And when can I borrow it?

I`m not sure) When I bought the CNC, I was warned by the developer that my order will be ready within 5 days. I guess they have a small queue
