C&C per req:
1. There's potential in this scene, but I'm not sure that you've captured it. Artistically, the composition is a bit bland; you've got everything pretty much centered, with no real sense of wht is happening. Try a 3/4 profile and get down for a low-angle shot. Technically, the images is at least 2 stops over-exposed and I'm not sure that a mono conversion is what this image needs. Try cropping to move things around.
2. Everyone has to try this at least once. The moon unfortunately is soft, and there's a lot of empty space lower left; perhaps try compositing the moon into another shot? As-is, it's not the most exciting.
3. A nice scene with lots of potential, but between the blown highlights on the front wall and the black background and the sodium orange foreground, it's missed. This is a really tough shot with all of these exposure elements. This might work better as an HDR.
Just my $00.02 worth - your mileage may vary.
