I find that your first two shots would look better if they were shot either faster with flash to freeze the movement or slower so that the water looks glassy. When I shoot water I tend to shoot the same thing with a number of different shutter speeds and decide which effect works best. The last shot would look nicer in a long exposure shot about an hour earlier so that you have warm side lighting. Just my opinion.

Depending on the camera, you can still play with shutter speed. Most good P&S have a shutter speed priority mode that allows you to experiment without having to pull out a light meter.
