Please everyone, I would really like some critique....Please please please *gets on to hands and knees*

Hi Ive been doing photography for 4 months now or so and just need some pointers and tips and critique.
Obviously, I've only just started photography so I would love to know if you think I have potential or anything...?
My First Image was taken outside on a not very well-lit day. I opened up the image in lightroom 3 and just altered things a bit...I quite like the soft kind of edgy-ness to it...Tell me what you think??
It was:
NIKON D3100 55-200MM LENS
F/4.8
1/125 SEC
ISO 400

My second Image is of my daughter it was taken at night in a room with one single light on the roof. Again, I used lightroom 3 and brightened her face up a bit and changed the colour tone to create a bit more interest. please tell me what you think? I don't mind that I chopped off a bit of her hand because if I had zoomed out to get it in I feel it would have taken away from the image??

ISO 3200

My Third Image is of my daughter again in the bathroom. There is no lighting in the bathroom except a little window on the other side.
I am aware I chopped off her hand and am very sorry for myself that I did because I think it is a nice photo.

F/4.5
1/60 SEC
ISO 2200

I have posted here before, so If anyone remembers me I would love to know if you think I am improving
I post more often on the FRO KNOWS PHOTO FORUM as they tend to give me pointers and tips.
I would love if you could do that, but I literally appreciate anything

Please note the images are in focus and sharp i dont know why but when i copy them off facebook the quality is not very good

#1- The baby's face is blueish purple.
#2- The background is distracting and focus is soft and you pointed out that the baby's fingers are hacked off.
#3- Hacked off fingers again. The post processing is too much in the 1st and 3rd and the vignetting is WAY too dark.

Take anything I say with a grain of salt b/c I am a fledgling, too.
