Well, I guess the first thing that I would ask you, is what do you think is wrong with the picture, or in other words, why aren't you happy with it the way it is???

Other than no detail within the eye are, the photo kinda works for me.

You could be asking about composition, lighting, focus, depth of field focus, lots of things, but it would help to know your questions.
