I like the quality of the image, the tones. It appears to be an HDR composite?

What bothers me is how the lamp post is so strongly angled in from the side of the frame due to the strong perspective distortion. Perhaps that is what you were going for. If not, if you don't have a TS-E lens (I just got one and it is sweeeet), you could shoot the image wider which would allow you to point the camera more toward the horizon and crop the same frame that you have here. The con is that you will lose significant resolution.
 
Thanks, yes it was HDR'd first then tweaked a bit using filters in PS. The angle is intentional and to a certain extent the distortion.

I'm still playing around with the concept of "angles" in my compositions.
