I like the original crop just fine, maybe take a touch off the right.
The pose is very unflattering to her, unfortunately. The crop at the bottom isn't ideal, but I don't see how to make it better without removing most of the picture, and it's not bad.
The light is quite marvelous on her hair, as has been noted. I don't mind the light on her face, although it is indeed rather harsh. It is what it is, this is what she looks like in the sun. I don't understand the desire to only photograph people under one of 4 or 7 or whatever Approved Lighting Patterns. I dunno about you, but I don't walk around with a Softbox Hat on all the time. Just Tuesdays.
I think the original is overly desaturated and cool but the warmed up variations are worse. This is direct sunlight, make it look like direct sunlight not some twilight golden hour glow, or some desaturated gauzy fog world.
What you think may vary, but I know that *I* would like this best if you were more true to the scene. Let it be itself, rather than trying to "fix" it, or make it be what it is not.
