Hi everyone,

This one was taken in Rustrel (called the French Colorado):

Comments & critics are welcome. I really like it but it does not get the attention I expected.

Cedric
PS: For the curious ones, Rustrel is located close to Roussillon and a bit less frequented.

Hmm, it really does not hold my interest.
The pipes are not much of a subject here.
The scenery around it looks like a better subject to capture.

Pipes are indeed a detail. The subject is the colors and the white sand "river" running in the middle. This place is frustrating for me because I can't seem to get any really good shot there.
I will post of few more.

So there goes. A few more shots from Rustrel:

The first and the third one are my preferred ones in this set.
I can probably improve them with some post processing but am worried about screwing them up. Colors are already quite saturated like that.

Dont worry about processing them too much. Get it the way you want it. The first one of the second set needs to have some detail / contrast brought out by HDR or similar.

I noticed you do not give permission to edit your pics so I wont.

I like the first one of the second set a lot. I like how you showed more of the land then the sky with the roots and how the cloud is positioned. You should bump up the green on the plant though.

My favorite as well :) I call it burning tree because of the clouds. My second favorite of the set is the last one.
