Can someone do me a huge favor ASAP?

My grandmother wants me to get this picture edited so I can print her two 4x6's of these photos so she can have something to remember her parents by. I can crop the photos out, and edit them, but they still look pretty bad in the end because I only have photofiltre, no photoshop, lightroom or anything. If anyof you could edit this so as to take each picture and make it its own file, then just make it look as presentable as possible, that would be amazing. It is a picture taken with my D90 of two photos in a picture frame. The pictures are not of very good quality, and the dust doesnt help either, but please do the best you can with what is given. It would mean alot to me and my family alike. Thanks a million in advance.
