I am really struggling with this image. She has lots of shine, redness, and acne. Also, her eyebrows are so light they get lost. I just can't seem to make it look natural! Not in love with the haircolor/style or choice of outfit but I don't get to decide that. 
The second image is my attempt but I think she looks over smoothed. Help/advice?
