can someone tell me how to fix this?

I love this shot, as its just a classic look for my little boy...but hes got food (i think banana) on his right cheek and left of his mouth/chin. Is there a way to get rid of this?? He looks like hes unkept...lol!

I know its not a work of art or anything, but I still love it just because its my baby boy and such a sweet expression

I know...some might not notice at all...but I do...and its something just for me...and as a mommy I just dont like food on his face.
