Framing... I'd say add in some of the shoreline, take the two subjects out of the center of the frame... what's going on in the sky? Google: Rule of Thirds

Good as black and white. Don't think it'd have the same effect as a color shot.

Since you left in the reflection of the land mass behind it, it would've been better to get that in as well.

There's a bit of "empty space" in the picture. Primarily the surrounding water. I would've cropped it/zoomed in towards them more.
