What is causing the bad illumination fall-off away from the centre?

If I had to guess I'd say a vignette added in post. Otherwise great quality.

What program are you using to grade your clips? In some of the sailboat clips parts of the sky seemed over saturated or just the wrong color. A node based program would help in making everything spot on.

I thought the motor boat was a little out of place with the rest of the clips.

those are just little nitpicking things though, I'm definitely loving the RAW footage coming from the 5D3's. hopefully they can figure it out on a 70D, but I think the major pitfall to that is limited write speeds of SD cards vs CF cards
