Canon Hand Grip

Hey all,

I'm looking to get one of those leather hand grips for my 5D.... whats a good one and do I need a little adaptor plate thing for the base of the camera to attach it to as I don't have a battery grip?

Also... quick advice appreciated I hoping to have it on my camera by Friday!!!
