So a question to ask for those who have played with them.

A Canon Tilt Shift..

35, 45, 80 or 90mm?

What would the advantages be of any one of them.

I don't know anything about Canon's tilt/shift lenses, but as a general advice I would go wide.

I have a 45mm medium format lens with a tilt/shift adapter, and I wish it was wider. 20mm - 24mm would be nice.

Focal length is the biggie...do you need a 35 or a 45 or a 90??? You can use a teleconverter or crop. Do you want it for architecture or table- top work?

I would like the 45 for landscapes, the 90 for tabletop work

Bit of everything.
I use to have a Hartblie 80mm Super rotator that was stolen with my Minolta.

I loved that lens and when in neutral had a fantastic IQ on the Minolta APS sensor.

I have played with Med. format adjustable and large format for years and the only issue I have always had was that the longer the lens the less usable on macro and near macro table top shots unless in neutral.

But at the same time I am curious to the abilities of the longer v. shorter lenses.
Would a 24mm Arsat or a 90mm Canon or something in between call the day?
