Taken at the Vancouver zoo.
This poor fella was leaning against the fence that you see behind him and in the adjacent area is a Jaguar. The Jag grabbed his tail through the fence, ripped it off and ate it.
Our tiger here has about a 15" tail now.

It was hot out and I couldn't convince him to walk around so I could get a photo.

Maybe a picture of a Jaguar would have piqued his interest?
