Casual Portrait: Alex

Okay, so I ran into Alex at the park, and he was generous enough to give me a whopping 10 seconds of his time. LOL. So this was very spontaneous ... and fast! I actually really dig this approach, though. I sent him the photos and now he wants to schedule a session with me, so I am looking forward to that. I hope he keeps the mohawk. It's the reason I approached him in the first place.

I think I would go with a tighter crop on these and make it a torso/chest-up shot, cropping out where you start to lose focus around his waist.
otherwise, very nice shots.

Thanks, yeah, I tried that with a few shots but just decided to post the original crops. I converted the cropped ones to B&W too.
