Cathedral Ledge lookout is a very scenic spot in North Conway NH. I’ve posted photos from there before from our summer vacation in the mountains. The ledge has a lookout across from it that you can drive right up to May - October. Then it’s a very short walk to a fenced in scenic viewpoint spot. You can also hike down a bit to a rocky outcrop that has a great view of Cathedral Ledge itself. There is a hiking path to get to the top as well and it’s a very popular rock climbing location. I was hoping to see some climbers on the ledge but it was late in the day during the week so didn’t get that lucky. This was my first time being up there during peak foliage. It was absolutely breathtaking. We stayed much longer than planned! This was supposed to be our last stop..more on that later.
It was late in the day and a bit gloomy out at that point so had to work with these exposures a bit - hopefully they’re not too hdr-ish. Your comments and critique are always appreciated!
